Hello

I have a Springboard called Sprocket (3) and a male Springer (2) called Boots. Both are rescue dogs courtesy of SYESSR. I had never considered a Springer till a chance meeting at work and would not look back.
Sprocket came first at 8mths old and was a real handful, thankfully Aunty Alison at SYESSR saw her potential and she has turned into a star. Boots came next at 8 weeks old and is a typical Springer with a real zest for life. He refuses to go out in the rain but will happily launch himself at full pelt into any water (the smellier the better).
He is accident prone as he never thinks about what he is doing, especially when there is a tennis ball in the midst. His worst injury to date was removing the bottom 3 inches of skin and fur from his tail whilst out walking - I went into panic but he didn't notice, he now sports a mid length tail but it adds to his character. He is also highly skilled at locating balls every time he sets foot out of the house.

Thankfully thanks to these wonderful two I am sold on the springer and know that each day will never be dull when they are around. Big thanks to SYESSR for them both.. wub.gif

If you don't own a dog, at least one, there is not necessarily anything wrong with you, but there may be something wrong with your life!
