[i]"Sam, Friendly 16 year old Springer spaniel free to good home. We are only letting Sam go as we are expecting a baby , Sam is well behaved and requires little attention. Good reliable home only. Please be aware we will not let Sam go if we feel he would not be happy or well looked after.EDITED - ADMIN
This makes me so angry, poor springer is a surrogate kid until the owners work out how to breed.. EDITED - ADMIN

Don't all go ringing if someONE can ring on ESSW's behalf I'm sure we can help this lad, I'm out for most of the day but if someONE can post saying they have rung and given the owners our website address they can download the consideration for rehoming form and then email it to me on 01essw@gmail.com and I'll ring them as soon as I get back or the owners can ring me on 01752 691579 and I'll return they're call to a landline when I get back

If i was closer would gladly give him a space on my sofa, poor lad sad.gif

I'll call Selina, if that's OK? Will be very nice I promise, as long as we can get this lad to a good home xx

I spoke to Sam's Dad, he is going away over night but it going give Selina a call ASAP as he seemed to think this was an idea solution, very interested. Sounds like they are concerned as Sam nipped a couple of times when resource guarding some sachets of cat food he managed to get after foxes had ripped open a bin bag or something...? Anyway, that's another story.

So, CALL HAS BEEN MADE, so lets not scare them off...

Thanks for putting the ad up, just hope we can help now! xx

How very sad for Sam, I couldn't let my babies go and even sadder he can't spend his twilight years with the family he has loved for all these years. So much upheaval for him, to take him away from everything he knows and loves. I'm so very sad for him.
