This is Wistow, where I love to walk the dogs, the first field you get to does have sheep in it, but then you go through into the river field" (also the field with the church in it) and they are free. A lovely meandering river throughout the entire field, then you get to the bridge by the church, and you're in the second field, the girls love jumping through the grass, digging around the river bank and swimming in the river. In the second field, you can go left to the sloping river bank, where you can go down to the water, we like to picnic there, or straight on to stick to the field walk.
At the Wistow rural centre for afterwards, there is cakes, drinks, ice creams - everything homemade and gorgeosu! and little shops to look round, garden centre, model village, pet shop. There is also the infamous wistow maze, open in the summer months
