on my laptop at home i can get on the springthing web site but when i click the forum i get an egg timer for ages then it says page cannot be displayed. It has been like that all wekeend. After speak to some peeps on here and finding out that they could get on i have logged on to my remote connection at work and can get straight on although very slowly.

Not using Firefox are you? I've had some issues with that, otherwise IE is OK.

no - not Firefox - it is driving me batty

I don't understand anything about computers, but when we were with Tiscali I often had difficulties to get on ST, although other web sites worked OK (more or less). Since we're with BT I don't have any problems anymore. Sorry if this doesn't help, I know how frustrating it can be
