I'm also speechless... just as I was yesterday when my sister-in-law told me her mother was taking in a 9 week old Westie. Her neighbour had bought the dog from a breeder and had had him for just 3 weeks. Now the neighbour has decided it is too much trouble as he follows her about everywhere!!!!

Send the westie to me it can join my 2 springers and lab that follow me everywhere to the loo and also sit outside the shower. ph34r.gif ph34r.gif

Who ties a dog to a tree in a remote part of the wood?

I ended up taking care of a Great Dane/Black Lab cross several years ago. He belonged to a friend of mine. She orginally found him tied up outside our local supermarket, the manager said that he had been there all day. They had tried ringing the number on his tag but there was no reply. So my friend, being a major dog lover, took him home, she rang the number on the tag, someone answered the phone. She asked about the dog and the reply that she got was 'oh good, you have got him. We are moving in a week's time and don't want him so now that you have him you can keep him, goodbye'
She did keep him for 5 years before I took him on the year before he died.
As you say some people shouldn't be allowed to keep mice let alone dogs.

Sounds to me like it has been well trained from what you have said Cynthia

Ummm not sure this is correct thing to say but............ hope you don't find the owner ph34r.gif well unless it's to tie them up in a remote part of a wood (then again I suppose it might not have been the owner that did it blink.gif )

Poor mite - why do people do things like this mad.gif mad.gif
