Not sure where best to put this but I am wanting another dog .

In reality what I am wanting is either an ESS or a Working Cocker to be used for beating. Now I know that this means I am putting myself out of the market for many many rescues but there may be one out there that would fit with my brood.

I would prefer a neutered Girl (not a pup) as I am not sure another dog would be a great idea but the girl would have to be definitely done for obvious reasons.

In an ideal world the dog would be happy to live in or out (with companion).

Now beating in actuality would be a small part of the dogs life, all my dogs are pets first and foremost but I enjoy beating, Mugi adores it but is getting frail and none of my other dogs can do it. All my other dogs however benefit as by beating on a regular basis I am given the access to many acres of fab land that is safe springie, brittany and deerhound heaven. For those of you that have met the guys I think you know I don't view them as anything other than loved family companions that have a varied life.

So if any of the rescues have a youngish bitch come onto their radar that is a possibility I would be grateful of a heads up.

there is a super little working cocker at Many tears but I don't think they would home to a "working" home as such. I listed her in the Any other breed section.
