Can anyone recommend somewhere online I can get the following:
A "tipsy stick" - a target stick with a weighted bottom so it bounces back after the dog has targeted it.
A smallish dumbell.

Or if anyone has either that they no longer need, I'm happy to buy them off you.

The training stick you can get from wagmore barn (learning about dogs)

Dumbells you can get from Pah or any pet shop, depending on whether you want plastic.
