Lovely Lady Ann- 12-21-2007
As some of you may recall, OH bought Lady without consulting me.

When I found out the breed I said 'We'll be swamped with hairs!!'

'Oh no, we won't' he said, 'the woman I got him from says she doesn't shed'.

Hah!!!

I could have knitted us all complete outfits with the hair I've just hoovered up!!!

Can I sue her under the trades description act?

I had a friend with an Old English Sheep Dog; years ago she spun some of Scruffy's massive hair load into wool and knitted a jumper; OK except when it rained, when the smell of ...yes, wet dog...was dreadful! became a dog blanket quite quickly..

Seriously, I have found that having Scully clipped every quarter has made an amazing difference to the hair shedding and much easier to keep her tangle free...

Thanks tellbee!

We have got her booked in at the clippers at the end of January so hope for an improvement!

I just have childhood memories of tumbleweeds of hair all over the house! ohmy.gif
