Just catching up.
The reason these tags are made so big and bright is so that they stand out if someone stops and looks at your dog in the park. Having chipped and neutered engraved on the tag is only relevant after the dog has been taken and someone tried to read the tag, if these tags stop even 1 dog being taken then they will have done more than I could have hoped for.
I like the fact that they are very very obvious and would be one of the first things anyone looked at if they had the dog by its collar.
Scarey thing happend to me in Devon. Little Springer pup tied outside a shop and as I looked closely it was playing with something in its mouth, it looked like a bit of brown glass so I had a closer look, as I bent down the pup came towards me as its leash had come undone, suddenly the owner appeared and I told her about the glass which she took out of he pups mouth and then hurried off, I knew she thought I was trying to steal her puppy as she didn't even say thanks for pointing out the glass - very scarey, but also probably for her.?
