Well, thought you might all like to see Spencer, the "HIGHLY AGGRESSIVE" Cocker that fortunately with some wonderful help from these forums we managed to save from death!

It's been 2 days now since he has been here and he has been absolutely fantastic. The 1st day at feeding time, he ate in a crate. He started barking so I thought he had finished eating. I opened the door of the crate and went to take his food bowl out and realised he hadn't finished! I just shut the door again and he continued to eat! He showed absolutely no aggression whatsoever to me when I put my hand near his bowl, in fact he just wagged his tail and barked as if to say "boy, this is nice"!!

"We haven't found an aggressive bone in his body" is an understatement!
He is just your typical, gobby, norty, teenage cocker!

who just needs to learn some manners!
The Golden Cocker, Daniel, came to us at 6 months with more or less exactly the same "issues" as Spencer and again he is the most wonderful, nice-natured dog you could imagine and just needed someone to teach him the ground rules!!
I still can't believe that a certain breed rescue was going to have this lad PTS!

It certainly makes my blood boil!
