We took poppy and gussie to shewood forest on saturday,it was great weather not to hot and not too cold just right in fact.they charge £3 to park the car and its a nice area its pefect for doggies as there are loads of diffrent walks to go on any area with cattle grazing is fenced off so nothing can get in or out we did a ramble which invlolved about an hour and halfs walk but there are loads of clearings to sit down in if you get tierd doggs loved it and there are doggie bowls full of water all over and the resteraunts have outside seating with hooks right by the seats to hang the leads and there again are loads of bowls of water for them.

so if you want a great quiet place to go which is very doggie freindly head up to sherwood forest.

Sounds like a good location for Spring Thing meet sometime ....??
