M90 to Perth,
take A9 turn-off to Inverness, dont follow signs to Perth,
A9 then goes around Perth and starts upto Inverness.
When you get to signs to Dunkeld (14/15 miles after Perth) go past them and you will see signs to Hermitage after a 1/4 to 1/2 mile or so on left hand side (brown signs)

If so I've got a choice of 3 different routes and not much difference in the mileage -
Lix Toll, Killin and along Loch Tay - Crieff, Almond Bank, Caputh, Dunkeld or onto the A9 at Luncarty - decisions decisions decisions

It's a bit easier to find than Kinnoull Hill and Perth will be busy on Sunday so I think the Hermitage is a better bet especially for idiots like me

Where you coming from to have those choices?

Thought so - it will probably be busy the other way with people going to Perth and Stirling shopping and knowing my luck I'd get stuck behing one of Ian Cleavers Highland Heritage buses going up Glen Ogle
