I'm sure a lot of you will remember Tracey's oldie Taz that was her best pal, Tracey lost Taz in August, and has asked that I post up on her behalf as she has been poorly, hence her absence and now can't remember her password to get back on to ST

(if any admins can help with that she'sd be very grateful).
Her email to me read.
Sadly we lost Tazzie in August, she got 'stuck' on the stairs one morning, and couldn't get down for her breakfast. I could not lift her as she gasped out, but tried to made her comfy on a wide step, whilst I rang the vet. Vet came out straight away, by which time Taz had got to the patio doors (desperate for a wee), but couldn't get out, so I brought breakfast/drink to her and popped tons of newspaper under her. When the vet arrived Taz stood up and went outside for a wee, but then laid down and could not get up.
The vet explained that she was in pain as her back legs and hips had 'gone' and that it was time. It was a sunny morning which she loves, and I spent some time on the grass with her, then stroked her whilst the vet tended to her, and then she was gone. It was so peaceful for her, and truly feel blessed to have had her for the 2 years that I did. I miss her so much, and to be perfectly honest, feel very low and lost. Anyway I thought I would send a last picture of her to you, taken a week before we lost her.

Thinking of you Tracey, you were her best friend right to the very end and we all know she loved you as much as you loved her.
Huge hugs
Run Free Tazzie.
