If you go out looking take some Pilchards in tomato sauce with you. They are strong smelling and dog's love them.

Forgot to say earlier don't forget to contact all local Vets, dog walking service people and any petshops or animal orientated places.

i got some of those and some black pudding. so will go out looking again armed and dangerous!! have been in touch with cheshire dogs home as its just round the corner from me and left them my moby number. so hopefully with all these peeps looking out for him he'll turn up. bet hes having a snooze under a tree or something cos he's exhausted.

I'm sure he'll turn up soon, or you'll find him having a paddle somewhere and sunbathing

If no news by tea, give me a bell - will come and help in the search - do you have anything that smells strongly of him?

i've got his blanket that he sleeps on. i bet he's having the time of his life running riot on the golf course!

Make sure you keep your strength up - take food and water out with you - nothing worse than being exhausted, emotional and starving - I should know!

when he's gone awol before he's always come home himself or if not i've found him or someone else has found him. so i'm really worried that he's wandered further afield or even injured.

and use the time you've got left at work to print off posters.

Have all the authorites been contacted Dog Warden, Pounds ,Rescues?
Put posters up shops pubs etc as he may have been taken in and hand out poster to dog walkers, postman ,farmers etc and put poster in car.
If Gypsy's in area contact Gypsy liasion Offercer your Dog warden will know his number
