Comb and lazzy band or flea comb, Sam's got the same dreaded coat wink.gif

Godolphin Girl- 03-05-2008
the fluffy bits are dead and orange and dull - coat king dont touch it - what type of comb with elastic band ???? big wide tooth one or ikkle metal one?

Fuddles- 03-05-2008
Little metal one and wind the band around the teeth, I did use a stripping knife on Sam but the stripping stone is I am told better wink.gif The cat flea combs good too, if you don't get a handful of puppy teeth too dry.gif

Mary ! laugh.gif Holding me own here but thats what I've done with Sam so far wink.gif

but what I will say in my experience of spayed brownies, DO NOT CLIP !

Pippa was a mare, in the end you could clip with no guard she went so wooly, I know better now wink.gif

what coat king are you using?

Godolphin Girl- 03-05-2008
no idea - just run off to check - not even sure it is a true coat king - has no brand name on it at all

has twelve blade thingys

works lovely on her ears and tail - takes handfulls off

but on her body it just glides straight over and touches nothing sad.gif

Jenny goes like that if I leave her too long.........................I think its a 16 blade I have, possibly a fine one?? Its the one I was recommended anyway, takes loads off her. Is that the right one Freya?

Coat King

Mary comes to clip Lucky but Ally's coat is completely different, tried all Marys coat kings and brushes and tools, only thing to work is the elastic band and comb or stripping stone, fantastic if you can get one!!
