Poo !

Put them back on Arden Grange Performance (Ben 400g, Ollie 300g).

Daily rations split into three meals - nutritionist says this should help with digestion. Kibble moistened when I remember to do it rolleyes.gif

A bit of Slippery Elm, as recommended by the Witch of the North tongue.gif

A fish oil capsule in the morning, evening primrose in the evening - not sure if both on the same day is a good idea?

A chicken wing each per day as a treat/teeth cleaner and for a bit of bone - fed separately from kibble.

No other treats - unless you count the baby squirrel Ben ate on Sunday! laugh.gif

Morning poo is top notch. Ollie has stopped paying attention to his bum.
Poo’s on walks, particularly later in the day, still a bit soft – Ben’s more so than Ollie’s.

Weight – Ollie is about right, Ben could use an extra few pounds.

Any suggestions most welcome – but gonna stick with this for a couple of months, though may need to give Ben a bit extra.

Report ends smile.gif

What's the slippery elm, fish oil and EP for?? We are still suffering from soggy poo syndrome, although the Junior food seems better than the puppy stuff!

Edit: to remove dodgy spelling!

Hi ya KatieKoo. Fudds and a few others will answer you much better than I can. Just posting to say my dogs are adults – so what I’m doing may not be the right thing for a growing pup. Actually, what I’m doing may not be right at all – but I have to do something!
