Manor Farm B&B is a pleasant, quirky and very dog friendly place to stay. The owners have a Springer - Molly. Dogs can have free roam of the house along with the chickens from the yard. Breakfast is huge and sets you up for the day. Rooms are varied and you feel like you are staying in a friend's house.

There are a lot of places locally to walk dogs and the Ridgeway is only 5 mins away by car. It's a great place to stay if you are visiting Oxford, but don't want the hassle of a city centre place.

PS - husbands must visit Haynes of Challow - a scrapyard, cum tool & DIY shop, cum 2nd hand furniture sales - visit and you'll know what I mean (it's a bloke thing).

Might add the the chickens roam very freely - in and out of the house - and Mabel nearly had one of them for dinner (a truly horrible moment).

Also, if you go in a few weeks' time, their Molly should have given birth to her puppies !!

As OH says, it's very quirky eg although we had a huge room key dating back x years, the lock had no back to it!
