Hi I'm Julia - mum to Podge a girlie rescue springer cross about 2.5 years old and Billy a liver and white springer, ex working rescue boy about a year old.

We live near Reading, Berkshire and have had Podge just over a year and Billy about 2 months and enjoy really long walks and sniffing out rabbits in brambles (well the dogs do anyway - I just enjoy the long walks!)

Both dogs adore each other - they seem the perfect match, are are perfect in the house and are so tolerant of my six children.

Wow, I think Charvil is just down the road from us - on the way to Twyford?

I'm incapacitated at the moment, following knee surgery, but once I'm back up and dog walking, we should arrange to get the doggies together for a walk.

Yes Charvil is on the way to Twyford. Only Podge will be out walking before Christmas as Billy's in vets at moment - I've posted details under the health bit
