blimey - have been stiff all day and have finally seized up couldnt think why until you said that - what a dummy - didnt seem like hard exercise at the time as it was so fun but i am hurting now

It sounds like a great way to spend the day and we are so looking forward to being able to experience a day on a shoot up here. We have a few contacts now and we'll probably have to wait until the start of the season later in the year. Then we'll take your guide and measure our day by your write up.......and avoid the tripping up...hopefully
