Can anyone explain a problem I'm having with my email? For some reason it seems that I can't email Selina through Outlook Express suddenly - have always previously been able to. Yet my emails still seem to be getting through to other people ok. I can however email her if I use my webmail server thingy (probably the wrong terminology here) and I can receive her emails in Outlook Express. I can't for the life of me understand this. Is there anyone that can help???

when you say you can't email her, what exactly happens?

Well the message appears to send but Selina doesn't receive it. I thought they were bouncing back as I have been receiving a number of 'Undelivered mail returned to sender' messages relating to messages I've sent to Selina - however on closer inspection they appear to all relate to 'read on reply receipts' to various messages I received from Selina a few days ago rather than the messages I've been trying to send more recently I'm confused!

I sent an e-mail to Selina the other day, but haven't had a reply - I wonder if it is a problem at her end??? Either that or she is very busy and hasn't had time!

From what you've said I'd suspect there's a probelm at her end, possibly with a spam filter that doesn't like whatever info your outlook express is adding to emails and not the webmail account.
Does it happen with anyone else you email at all?

I got your email, just been really busy, will get around to it today, sorry # I'm getting emails through from everyone else except Jo.

Well, not to my knowledge - but of course you don't always know someone else hasn't received your email, do you?
I just keep getting these 'message cannot be delivered' things relating to receipts for emails that I got from Selina last week, several relating to the same message?

and it seems that it's only when Jo uses OE, if she sends from elsewhere I get it.
I am wondering if its something to do with the avg?
