Normans Bay is one of the few quiet beaches near to me. Its quiet most of the year and used by naturists as an unofficial site but you rarely see them. If you catch the tide out it leaves a nice area of water behind that the dogs can swim safely in and you can walk a good long distance.
There is a good train station locally although you can only get a train once an hour either from Brighton (easy to get to and back from) or Hastings
There are no dog restrictions on the beach and car parks.
http://www.goodbeachguide.co.uk/details.ph...ach=Normans+BayAlthough there isn't a sewage point in Normans Bay I should warn you that at certain times of the year there is definitely a distinct stink in the area that makes it unpopular but once your there and walking you don't notice it.
