Little Lucy has passed away today at 11:35.

When the vet X-rayed her they found a large tumour in her abdomen and multiple smaller tumours in the chest and lungs.

It seems the cancer has been growing and spreading over the past few months and the brave little girl did not once complain until the last week. She will leave a huge whole in my heart 'cause she was just most undemanding, loving and devoted companion anyone could have wished for.

Got to go as I finding it hard to carry on

so sorry to hear about Lucy, what heartbreak for you, I know what you mean about the hole, but, cliche as it is, at least she is free from pain now and happy at the bridge, maybe she's met jasper and the others and they are all romping around together, knowing how much they were loved down here

It is a most beautiful picture of Lucy, she looks so happy, which I'm sure she was.
