Molly had her Xray on Monday afternoon, the vet said everything had gone OK! I must just say that it was not our usual vet....Upon viewing the Xrays, my OH noticed the screw was in place, but no sign of the pin.... ohmy.gif "Did you remove it" i asked? "No"said the vet. It must have come out! Strange unsure.gif Then the vet remembered that I had been in 10 days previously about the hole in her leg! Funnily enough I found a pin in our garden, it was about three inches long, very clean, with ridges at one end, I thought the OH had dropped it, but now I know!!! Thank god for that! I had started to think I was going mental and fretting like a new Mum does tongue.gif Well the upshot is that when she goes back to the specialist on the 21st she will not need another op. to remove the offending object smile.gif and that we have solved the problem of all her pains over the last three weeks ohmy.gif tongue.gif

Your topic title scared me for a minute rolleyes.gif

Poor Molly, that must have been sore for her - but SO glad the mystery has been solved smile.gif Fingers crossed for speedy healing from now on in!

Who would have thought that a cute furry springer pup could cause so much worry? rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

Hopefully you can start to relax a bit now and enjoy your pups

So the pin caused the hole ? ohmy.gif

Well I'm glad she doesn't have to have another op biggrin.gif

Did you get the CS ? wink.gif

Hi, yes I did get the cs and the arnica 6, thanks. Now have to figure a way to keep her from springing everywhere, she's out in the garden at the minute trying to dig a hole rolleyes.gif Keeping a close eye on her because she still has two staples in!
