Mitch and Jade are a gorgeous pair of 11 year old English Springer Spaniels who were rehomed by Oldies Club in 2006. These girls were much-loved pets, but due to a change in their owner’s circumstances they need to find a new forever home. They are now in an Oldies Club foster home in Lancashire.

Mitch and Jade are both very placid girls with an affectionate and sociable nature. They love to be with people and enjoy going out for walks or having a good ball game. A trip out in the car is also very much appreciated.



Both ladies are good off-lead and they get along just fine with other dogs, but they will need a cat-free home. Mitch and Jade are devoted pals and spend all their time together, so they are looking forward to finding a new home as a pair.



They are quite a cuddly couple with a few extra inches, but their wonderful foster parents have been giving them gentle exercise and a good diet to trim down their figures. Their new owner should be prepared to continue with this.

Mitch and Jade both have some stiffness in their joints, so they are currently on Metacam. They are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm treated.

Lady in question is thinking over things at the weekend, there is also the logisitics of distance to think about, fingers crossed.

must admit the rescues don't normally get to me (cos I put on my hardhearted head when I click on the button for rescue ) but these two did.. even had me wondering if I could hold 4 leads... 2 in each hand?

They're still looking Claire, I spoke to the lady I had in mind this afternoon and over the weekend a family member has been very poorly so she has had to put off dog ownership for a while at least until she knows how serious it is.

I hope they find a nice home soon, I'll certainly keep the feelers out for them.

I love these two, if i didnt have an oldie who's not keen on other dogs I would seriously consider them, but time just isnt right at the mo for me, I have to put my Tilly first. Good luck girls.
