Well thats it we are finally up to doggie capacity with the grand total of 5 !How lucky are we! I have mentioned to ladty dog that we need one of those microwave beds - you know 10 minutes sleep feels like 8 hours !

We are promised a slightly quieter day Thursday when Edgar and Hilda go off to the vet to have their little boy and girl ops. Im wondering what the other three will make of the two spaniels wandering around with lampshades on (photo opportunity me thinks)

Would be interested to hear tails of other large multi dog households.Am stealing a minute here because Great Uncle Hoover (arrived today forever) is starting to settle in with the other two sorry three!- whilst Max has gone off to the police station.

Hoover used to sleep on his owners bed and the only other time we had him over night was a mare.Well as this is now his forever retirement home will be interesting to see how he sleeps tonight in the kitchen , have done all usual stuff , crate, clothes etc but reckon its another sleepless night!

In a few weeks time you will think that 5 is a breeze.

Not really got any experience of larger doggy households but just thought I'd say Congratualtions on all your new arrivals

It's funny how everyone has a place and knows where they fit & what they do...unlike me & OH who sometimes have to 'claim' a spot on the sofa
Ours are all so different in temrs fo age & personality, and together they make a great mix

PS - he got through about 4 busta collars, most of the paintwork and my calves

So pleased you have finally got the pack together
Walking 3 together is hard anough never mind 5
all we need is a photo of the complete family.

Well day two and we dont think he's noticed they are missing, hes very cuddly and a bit sleepy yesterday so we crated him in the kitchen overnight, about 3am went down to find GUH staring at him which was pretty scary for Edgar.

Think he will be absolutely fine , have a look at posted photos there are a couple of him on there
