Evening all,

OH has a question after seeing the gang on Sunday. rolleyes.gif

Where did you lot get your training leads? The ones with the clips at both ends and 3 links?

And which is best, leather or nylon, or is it just a personal preference?

You can get them from P @ H - I think they are about £6 for the Halti nylon ones.
I would love a leather one, but would only lose it rolleyes.gif

I prefer leather, but Barney chewed my lovely ex Police one sad.gif

Mmm, might invest in leather then, but might try nylon first, think OH wants one for training, but I fancy being able to have the girls on one lead.

Cheers chaps! xx

OOh, and Petra, we made good use of a towelling coat yesterday, B had to go in the bath, she was a really horrible colour after a dip in a rank stream, worked great at drying her off and keeping her from shaking water all over!! rolleyes.gif biggrin.gif

That could be fun if you dropped the lead, two Spanglies attached and free biggrin.gif

I like the Halti ones - even tho they are nylon, they are really soft and don't burn your hands if your lurcher lurches after a squirrel when you are walking up the lane ohmy.gif laugh.gif

Absolute fan of the Police style leather leads (have three). Clip either end and 2 or three extra rings on depending who's make they are.

On ebay at the moment

Nylon Halti training lead duly purchased from PAH. Saw lovely leather ones, very soft, £55 for a medium tho blink.gif

Will see how much we use it first I think!! rolleyes.gif

We're big fans of the halti ones so I reckon a good buy, I really like the feel of them and the different options for changing the length and for round the waist. Also good for doing the TTouch balance leash if you go in for that kind of thing. Must admit I've never clipped them to each other - I suspect Bilbo wouldn't appreciate Tizzy dragging him through hedgerows at 60mph laugh.gif
