I am on a deseparate look out for a male puppy springer to join our family here in the southwest, but am having problems finding a litter at the moment.

But once I do, cant wait to use this forum, it looks great here.

Would you not consider taking on a young rescue dog?

We took Daisy on at 4/5 months old, and have never regretted it for a minute. I know puppies are very cute, but there are lots of young springer boys and girls looking for well deserved new homes.........

I chose a pup only because my OH was not natural dog person, meaning her and the dog have bonded as he has grown with her, however there are loads of little peeps looking for good forever homes, good luck

Good luck hope you find what your looking for.

But have you considered a rescue - I can highly recommend it - mine was 7/8ish when I got him and honestly never ever regretted it - have a think about it there are loads and loads of springers looking for homes though no fault of their own. If I could I would take on more rescues but with 2 I'm at my limit.
