Well, I've been trying with young Mr Jack, but I'm not sure what to do next.
He's got lots of matts in his ears, but I've managed to trim most of them out

He's a total darling, and loves being groomed, but I've just stopped after an hour and they're still not done.
I think I'm confident with how to do his ears (Ta Fudds wink.gif ) but closer looking at his beautiful big brown leg is that it's really matted as well.
I cut a little bit out, but I'm worried it'll make him look silly? Shall I just trim all the brown hair really close to his leg? I guess it'll all come back, and as long as it's brushed, it won't matt again unsure.gif
Any ideas?

I trimmed a bit off Angels "bum curtains" and my daughter said it looked like Angel had had an argument with a lawnmower! How about that stuff for kids hair the de-tangling spray? Angel isn't very fluffy but the odd times she has got knots i comb her from the end up towards the skin holding the comb vertical, it takes slightly longer but doesn't seem to snag as much.

You can trim the legs back, but I would suggest using a slicker brush instead of the bristle, the comb is fine, using the slickertogether with the comb owll sort out any matts in the future smile.gif
