Roly's best friend (my ex-husband's 2 year old black labrador) is in the vet hospital.

Poor Max, he's just got over kennel cough and now he's back in hospital with a broken leg, twisted ligaments and a possible dislocated hip.

He is such a lovable and kind natured boy - who patiently taught Roly so many good doggy manners and is so eager to please - my daughter asked him to get on his chair (yes, he has his own armchair!!) and instead of walking round it he tried leaping over the back of it!

One urgent trip to the vet later, at 9pm last night, and he's hospitalised and waiting for an Op tonight and then will have some sort of cage/wheels attachment (not entirely sure about this bit as my 14 year was telling me and she's not know for sticking to the actual facts!).

So positive thoughts for BFM please x hoping he'll soon be able to play ball with Roly again x
