ESSW have been invited to a very big dog show, it's all really exciting.
We have been asked to have a stall and to put on some doggy games at the all new and exciting Cold Wet Nose Show http://www.thecoldwetnoseshow.co.uk/

Linda has planned all this and she is now looking for able bodied volunteers to help her on the day, we are currently organising passes for all ESSW helpers on the day but we dont expect everyone to help all day we want you to enjoy yourselves as well.

So who is able to help in Guildford on Saturday 12th July, help a great Springer Rescue with publicity and fundraising and have a great day out as well.

I could help, it's only about an hour away, and it looks like fun. I've never been to a 'big' dog show before And only once to a local one!

A massive thank you if you can help - I have to say I'm really excited if not slightly panicing about everything that needs to be done.

I'm waiting to hear about entry passes - not sure what the situation will be with getting in or if there are restrictions on helper numbers but will keep you posted.

Looks like it's going to be a brilliant day with loads to see and do, but if it's like it was when I looked after a game for the Wag & Bone Show it will also be really busy and hard work.

Sorry I would really love to help and it looks really goo, but we are on our surprise holiday for anniversary that weekend

It's full steam ahead guys, Springer Surprise area has now been confirmed as a definite event at the Cold Wet Nose Show, we now need an official helpers list, if everyone can pm me or Linda with full names, contact numbers and email addresses and how many people you are bringing with you to help (remember friends and family welcome) and your forum name, this is so we can make sure we have enough helpers passes, better to have to many then not enough so if you think you may be able to bring 2 helpers but definitely one, let us know its 2 so we can get enough.

At some point one of us will then email you to confirm you are an official helper, we also need to make ID badges for you well in advance, if you don't have an ID badge as authorised by us and your pass you won't be able to get in on the day, well not for free anyhow.

Also if you can help for say half a day or if you have a specified time you are able to help out for please let us know that as well because if we can rally enough helpers we obviously want you to enjoy your day to and appreciate you're all going to want to go off and enjoy the show at some point so we can draw up a rota.

I have a white board and I can get you pens. The difficulty will be getting the white board to you cos it's quite big and heavy. However, if you don't get a better off I'll send it by parcelforce or similar.
