I just remembered, Lizzie did this one too - they had to use 'George and the Dragon' for inspiration
Fairy Tale Not Furry TailA Maiden once lived in a world all of her own,
She acquired a loyal pet so she wasn't alone,
Her bonny white face showed no normal expression,
But always appeared so dazed and so confused,
With not even one little hint of aggression.
A dashing young man named George, lived down the dull street,
He hoped and prayed one day the fair maiden he would meet,
Handsome, caring and strong with teeth white as snow-pearls,
Though shy with the girls he tamed bad dogs with great ease,
He used to be a knight; a helmet hiding curls.
"Ring, ring... Ring, ring" The maiden was hopefully calling,
George heard her tearful voice in love he was falling,
“My dog is so sweet but she is out of control”,
"Go on my fair maiden do tell all" George whispered,
"When she does bark, in my dresses she burns a hole."
"Oh I see,” said George "What breed is your naughty pooch?
I'm sure I can help" (George was hoping for a smooch),
"I'm not sure of its breed but its coat is scaly and shiny"
"Go on describe your unusual dog to me",
"Well she is called Fifi, her wings are quite tiny."
George arrived double quick on his speedy red bike,
Took one look at Fifi and said, "That does look like,
A dragon my dear not a type of dog at all",
"Oh George you clever little thing how did you know?”
"Well its tail was too big and its head was too small."
"I can't cope with Fifi, Please take her right away,
Make sure she goes to a good place and does not stray”
"Do not worry Miss Smith, I will set Fifi free"
"Please George call me Princess" (Her mother was a chav)
“Fifi will love it, living amongst the pine trees”
She gave him a peck on the cheek before they left,
Princess waved goodbye and felt very bereft,
George left with Fifi and the princess’s number,
Later he knew he loved Princess forever
George rang the princess and woke her from her slumber
George proposed down the phone and the princess screamed yes!
They went to see Fifi at her brand new address,
She had married a rich dragon called Hagon
They lived in a cave on top of a mountain,
So ends the tale of Princess, George and the Dragon!
