i'm no computer expert i would suggest you look at your internet options and make sure you haven't clicked work offline by mistake, clear your cookies and temp files in your internet options box and restart your computer. hope it helps?

UPDATE:

Selina is not having a problem with her server or provider - she can access everything else on the net, reply to other forums etc - it is only ST that is the problem - it keeps throwing her offline

i had this problem a few weeks ago - could access everything and everyone else but couldnt get onto the forum - not sure what happened to sort it but it is ok now - thats nowt help is it????!!!!!

Methinks as it is only affecting Selina somehow she must have accidentally changed her personal settings.
