I went through all the past reviews and haven't seen any mention of this product so here goes:

My three boys have a certain amount of SA. They do bark on occasion when kenneled. I own my home and it is not a problem with neighbors, but I don't want them to be unhappy. I would say my concern is that they drool and some times have wet feet when they get out of the kennel.

I decided to try the DAP infuser with the boys.

WOW!!!!!!

The instructions say not to expect too much the first days as it needs to saturate the room. Well, the boys did 100% better the first day!! I have it plugged in close to their kennels so they get a good smell. I surely wouldn't expect the same results with all dogs, but I must say I was impressed!!

It isn't inexpensive ($24/month, cheaper from ebay) and I don't know if you have to use it on a permanent basis, but I can't help but think it is one more thing in the arsenal to keep dogs with their people. I like the idea that it is supposed to make the dog feel better (it is supposed to smell like their mom) as opposed to doing something to make them stop barking (house soiling, destructive behavior, etc) and not addressing their unhappiness.

It also comes in spray form to spritz the car or at the vet. Also comes in a collar.

Would be interested in anybody else's experience trying DAP.

I've used it with Rufus as he had SA quite badly, I was advised to try it when we movd house as the stress of moving we expected it to gflare up again which it did but the DAP helped settle him very quickly.

I advise it to new owners taking on dogs especially young dogs.

Yipster - DAP is brilliant - you can get them for your kitty too! Helps when you got a psycho welshie chasing the cat!
