Just had a fright! I usually take Angels collar off at home, but as i have to stop her bounding out of the crate when i open the door i have been leaving it on.

While checking emails etc, i heard a strange noise of the crate rattling, i looked behind me to see that Angels name tag had caught inbetween the bars of her crate For how high up it was, i assume she was leaning against the side and stretched. She nearly strangled herself

I tried to push the tag back through, but it wouldn't budge. Unfortunately it was caught on the door of the crate, i had to open the door which meant i strangled her a little bit more and and undone her collar.

Thank goodness i was home and sitting in the living room - i dread to think what would of happend .

So please be careful if you are using a crate

Blimey, thanks for the warning, glad she's OK. Will start to take B's off when she's crated from now on!
