Chudleys here. Used to be on Skinners but they raised the prices. We feed the original and the working one.

I now have a car boot full of chudleys. I have brought working crunch for my springer who is 9 months old would have liked Junior but don't stock it and the Nutrient Analysis is very close. I have also brought Classic for my terrier and cocker, so I will see what they think will start to slowly swap them over.

I did ask about choice but my branch does not stock it but they will order it in. I must say country wide seem very helpful.

The working crunch is err for working dogs wink.gif and quite high in protein, you may find you'll have a very wired springer ohmy.gif

The Labrador who lived with us for two months is fed on the Working Crunch and is doing very well on it despite not being worked. His owner ran out of it for a few days and fed him something off the supermarket shelf until the new delivery arrived - he immediately started producing huge amounts of poo until he was back on Chudleys...... ph34r.gif

Just noticed protein is only 24% - I'd call that quite normal, in fact on the low side for a working diet.

I may get a springer climbing the walls!!!! however I have two friend who's springer on it and not working and they are fine.

The reason I brought it is because it is very similar to junior, which they did not stock.

I will give it a go and if it goes mad I will but her on classic.

We take our pups off puppy food at around 5 months and put them on working until they are around 12 months old.

All 4 of mine thrive on working crunch, and they dont all work, in fact only one of them does, I feed it out of season anyway.
When we moved house I swithced to classic as I assumed they would be getting less excercise and not going to agility/obedience so they might put on weight - like hell they did, I had an eeek moment and had to rush out and buy working crunch (anyone who saw Paddy at fling will understand).
I have tried quite a few foods, they were on Skinners until I got Dobbie who wouldnt put weight on, but the Chudleys works across the board for my lot.

This is interesting as we are just in the process of changing Ghillie and Conker over and Chudleys was one that we thought about..
