Sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before. Has anyone got advice on how to put my two safely in the car?
We've got a Galaxy. Charlie has a crate in the back, very happy there. There is just about room to put two in there, which I will for now, but I wondered what else I can do?
I definitely don't want them to share a space, Charlie needs his own. But with two crates, not much room for anything else! It might be my only option, so we'll get used to it, but I've seen some interesting ones in photos here.
Has anyone any ideas? Jess seems so little to be in a big crate on her own, it's got lots of snugglies and toys in now!
Kelly, what's in your car? That looked great?
Can you divide the crate into two? We have a lintran which has removable divider.
I think it's lintran I need to look into, we've just got bog standard mesh ebay crates. Thanks.
What about a car harness for them both in the boot. I know Jaines boys are not in a crate but are secured in the back....guess she's still in bed
I thought about that, but Charlie loves his crate. And it's such a big space that I'm worried about crashing around. I'll try the two crates thing for a while to see how we get on
Cheeky mare I was up the Nab
The boys all share the boot but not with car harnesses, we got those for the Puma when they were on the back seat.
You can have a harness V, if you want to try it out ?
we have one of these for our two Vic, good quality and reasonably priced.... they come with a divider if you need to use one
http://www.doghealth.co.uk/flexi.htm I have a seatbelt from Pets at Home which I clip into Fudge's harness. As long as I open the window he sits quietly in the back seat as I drive. He's 18 months now so he's a lot calmer and will sit quietly

but this definately would not have worked when he was a pup unfortunately!
