where are you trying to post from? photobucket? flickr? somewhere else?

I had the same message when trying to upload a photo, are you using photobucket?

if you copy the IMG link from photobucket next to your picture it will provide a static link to the picture, don't use the one out of the address bar at the top.

Also with photobucket it already adds the [IMG] tags so you shouldn't need them either.
