This one is one of my favourites in Cumbria!
Parking at the hotel at Buttermere village, the walk is simple. You following the path which takes you right round Buttermere (the mere). You can if you are feeling energetic do a figure "8" and do Crummock Water and Buttermere too
The pics I think say more than any words, cept there is a lovely farm tea room near the pub if you want rather than the pub. Very friendly.
